  • What is RecoForm?

    RecoForm is professional system for small and medium Document volumes for extracting meaningful data from Scanned Images. It can work with Handwritten, Typewritten, and Printed character, Barcodes, OMR, Checkmarks, B/W as well as color images.

    How Accurate are the results?

    The character recognition is carried out with highly advanced technical tools and complex matrix of iteration. As such the tested accuracy is very high under ideal conditions.

    • In addition RecoForm provides easy to use Validation tools to ensure 100% data accuracy such as:
  • Group Verification: All occurrence of the character is presented in groups, so that an odd character (substitution) stands out and can be validated on the spot.
  • Field Verification: Entire display of form with simultaneous view of scanned image on the screen, so that the field can be validated on the basis of reference. Also rules can be predefined for validating a field, which software does automatically and show individual fields
